Mont Helena in Rolling Fork is a historic colonial revival home that has been known to be haunted for quite some time. It was originally built as a retirement home for George and Helen Harris in the late 1890s. The home sits atop a ceremonial Indian mound in the Delta region and it is a historical landmark in the area. Paranormal activity at Mont Helena includes multiple sightings of a woman wearing a white gown, gazing out of windows, or standing in the front yard. The Mississippi Paranormal Society has explored the home and recorded electronic voice phenomena and reported shadowy figures and orbs that were captured in photographs.
